Volunteers are an important part of the Northart team, they assist us in our mission to support and engage with artists and audiences.
We are always looking for passionate, art-loving individuals, who are well-organised and eager to learn.
Volunteering at Northart entails a range of tasks, including:
welcoming visitors to the gallery
hosting visitors
monitoring & organising the gallery space
liaising with onsite staff
cleaning & maintenance
Volunteering with Northart is a great way of gaining insight into and knowledge of a contemporary art gallery, and presents the opportunity to hone one's communication skills, as well as build relationships with artists and the local community.
